  • EU: 5,99 €
  • Versandkostenfrei ab einem Bestellwert von 49 € (Deutschland) bzw. 59 € (EU)

Kein Problem! Du kannst ungetragene Schmuckstücke innerhalb von 14 Tagen an uns zurücksenden.

So funktioniert’s:

  1. Schreib uns eine E-Mail an glanzx@web.de mit Deiner Bestellnummer und dem Grund für die Rücksendung.
  2. Verpacke Dein Schmuckstück sicher und bring es zur Post. Die Rücksendekosten trägst Du.

💡 Wichtiger Hinweis:

  • Rücksendungen müssen innerhalb von 14 Tagen bei uns eingehen.
  • Bitte bewahre die Versandquittung auf, bis wir Deine Rücksendung bestätigt haben.

Returns & Exchanges

No problem! You can return unworn jewelry to us within 14 days.

How it works:

  1. Email us at glanzx@web.de with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack your jewelry securely and take it to the post office. Return shipping costs are paid by you.

  • Returns must reach us within 14 days.
  • Please keep your postage receipt until we have confirmed your return.
